Saturday, 7 June, MILAN (Italy): Estelle Poret produced a brilliant performance in race 1 of the Grand Prix of Italy to take her first win Ski GP1 on the UIM-ABP tour with a start to finish victory over pole-sitter Jennifer Menard, with Swedish youngster Emma Ortendahl in third.

The win, described by the young 18-year-old as the ‘best day of her life’ kicked off an afternoon of celebration inside the Poret family camp, with the middle of the three brothers, Jeremy, coming from behind to beat his arch-rival Chris MacClugage and take his third straight win of the year. Portugal’s Tiago Sousa finished third.
