Monday, 27 March: Aquabike Promotion and the Portuguese UIM National Authority has confirmed that the European Continental Endurance race scheduled to take place on 28-30 April in Portimao, Portugal will now be held on 27-29 October. “We have decided to postpone the event to the end of the season because there is a busy schedule of events coming up, with the Circuit and Offshore European races in May so we wanted to give more time to the riders and increase the possibility for a bigger participation in all races.” said Raimondo di San Germano, director Aquabike Promotion.

The rescheduling means that the UIM-ABP Aquabike season now starts with the first round of the European Continental Circuit Championship as well as the Offshore Championship in Zadar, Croatia on 19-21 May.
