Saturday, 3 June, PORTO CESAREO (Italy): Rok Florjancic made a last minute switch of Ski, borrowing brother Nac’s after a problem with his new RNF Hull just moments before he was due to start, and then proceeded to take victory in heat 1.

The Slovenians were again evenly matched; both picked up 30 points for quantity of tricks with Rok grabbing the advantage in variety and style to get the judges vote 88 to 79.

Roberto Mariani edged out Jaroslav Tirner by just 3 points to take third, with Alberto Camerlengo in fifth.
