Sunday, 27 May, GALLIPOLI (Italy): Abu Dhabi’s brilliant Freestyler Rashed Al Mulla extended his seemingly unbeatable winning run with his second win of the weekend in Gallipoli to win the UIM-ABP Aquabike Grand Prix of Italy.

 

Today’s win and title means the Team Abu Dhabi showman has won his last eight heats and three Grand Prix.

 

Despite nursing an arm injury Al Mulla was again the class act, his stunning array and combinations of tricks sealing his fourth GP title.

 

Italy’s Roberto Mariani again produced a sold series of tricks to take second overall but his 3-minute session dramatically turned against him when he let go of his bike mid trick and it careered away from him into some nearby rocks.

 

His fellow countryman Alberto Camerlengo finished third to seal his first UIM-ABP podium.
