THEODOR LISETH AND ANDER-HUBERT LAURI CONFIRME SKI JUNIORS WORLD TITLES IN THEIR CATEGORIES
Monday, 7 September, Elk (Poland): Norway’s Theodor Liseth produced a standout performance yesterday in Grand Prix of Poland to win the UIM-ABP Aquabike Ski Juniors World Championship in category, 3.3.
Liseth from Bergen defended his title in real style, winning all three Motos to card maximum points, with Hungary’s Csaba Suli finishing in second and another Hungarian rider Csongor Jaszai coming home in third to complete the podium.
In category 3.2 defending champion Lauri, from Tallin, even lying in third place overall (penalized of 30” for anticipated started) overturned points deficit with the 75 points of Grand Prix of Hungary , rounf 1 of the Championship, and confirmed his title.
Hungary’s Lajos Komonyi got the second place of the World Championship with the winner of today’s three Motos Frederik Frandsen completing the podium.
