Jessica Chavanne has been the girl to beat in the Ski Ladies GP1 class and will be trying to defend a 24-point lead over Virginie Morlaes in the European standings. All her major rivals are making the trip to Győr. Runaway Freestyle leader Roberto Mariani faces competition from Massimo Accumolo, Maximilian Martha and Wolfgang Strasser on the Danube-Rába confluence.
Daan Hoeke, Manuel Leite and Mathys Mezière lead the Ski GP2, GP3 and GP4 categories, Tom Claerhout tops Runabout GP2 and Grantas Gurkšnys has an excellent chance to take control of Runabout GP4 in the absence of leader Juliusz Roman.

Registration and technical scrutineering take place throughout next Thursday (July 31st) before the on-water action starts with free practice and qualifying on Friday morning.
