Aquabike Promotion has announced an update to the UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship 2026 calendar following the ongoing force majeure situation affecting Doha and Jeddah.

Despite every effort to maintain both events, the current geopolitical circumstances mean that the Doha Grand Prix and the Jeddah Grand Prix will unfortunately not take place in 2026.

The 2026 UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship will therefore get underway with the Grand Prix of Shanghai, China, before heading to Olbia, Sardinia, Italy, for the final round of the 2026 season.

The return to Shanghai marks an important moment for the UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship, while Olbia will provide a spectacular setting for the season finale, where the 2026 World Champions will be crowned.
